Vintage Seiko diver 7002 manufactured July 1989. Japan made, featuring original dial, bezel and case. This one did need a new set of hands, as the originals were too badly worn. The Seiko 7002-700A is an iconic diver produced in the late 1980s and early 1990s, known for its distinctive red and blue "Pepsi" bezel, this example on a black Seiko rubber dive band.
Part of Seiko's affordable automatic dive watch line-up, this model featured a robust 7002 (17 jewel) automatic movement, 150-meter water resistance, and a stainless case measuring 42mm in diameter. Reliable performance, straightforward design, and historical significance as a predecessor to the more modern SKX series of dive watches.
